Who we are
This website is operated by Cybrotrix, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at info@cybrotrix.com.
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, company, topic and message you provide, together with the time of submission. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence.
Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. We use these logs for security, troubleshooting and capacity planning, and we retain them for a limited period.
Preferences. If you switch the site to the light theme, that preference is stored in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not embed third-party analytics or social media scripts.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
The only third-party resource this site loads is web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which may record your IP address in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
If we are configured to send notification emails for contact form submissions, your message is transmitted to our mailbox through our email provider. Correspondence with you happens over ordinary email.
Retention
Contact inquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@cybrotrix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
